About the AMS Sustainable Transformation Groups
The AMS Sustainable Transformation Groups (ST Groups) are an initiative of Antwerp Management School and the University of Antwerp, supported by BASF, Port of Antwerp, and Randstad Belgium. These business action groups bring together high-level business people to discuss global challenges and take action to help create tomorrow’s better world.AMS has two ST Groups focusing on economic areas of innovation:
- the Well-being Economy group ;
- the Circular Economy group .
The AMS ST Groups are :
Each ST Group has developed a commitment statement: the Good Work Goals and the Circular Economy Commitment. These provide the basis for ongoing collaborative action, designed to have a positive impact.
The ST Groups are peer-to-peer learning networks, providing a safe space to exchange experiences and share best practices. AMS faculty support the networks with inspiring insights.
Each ST Group has member companies from multiple industries. This cross-sector approach allows for unique opportunities for shared learning and creating maximum impact in the public domain.
AMS Sustainable Transformation Group on the Well-being Economy
The Sustainable Transformation Group on the Well-being Economy (ST Group WEC) is an initiative of the Antwerp Management School Chair in Sustainable Transformation, in collaboration with Founding Partners AXA, Randstad Belgium, Golazo, and Janssen Benelux. The Group promotes satisfying innovation by focusing on e.g. investments that address the health impact of work practices, lifestyle, consumerism, diet and pollution.
AMS Sustainable Transformation Group on the Circular Economy
The Sustainable Transformation Group on the Circular Economy (ST Group CE) is an initiative of the Antwerp Management School Chair in Sustainable Transformation, in collaboration with Founding Partners BASF, Port of Antwerp, Brussels Airport and Dox.
The ST Group CE promotes sustainable innovation by focusing on e.g. expenditures and investments that decouple economic growth from environmental impact.
